Therapy Services
Johanna provides therapy services for children and teens ages 3-18, young adults, and adult women, primarily dealing with perinatal mental health concerns. She has more than 20 years of experience supporting people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected — whether from past experiences, current life stressors, relationships, or intense emotions that feel hard to manage.
Johanna’s approach to working with individuals is client centered, strength based, and developmentally informed. She creates a warm, supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore what is and is not working in their lives, with the goal of helping create lasting growth and change.
Johanna combines more traditional therapy practices with expressive and somatic therapies, offering opportunities for integrative healing.
